The ART INN Seattle

Location was convenient for the reasons I went to Seattle.

Across from a very loud restaurant/bar - music & street brawls until 3am. Got no sleep. Very thin walls. Freezing. Kept hitting my head in the ceiling. Checkin/out was confusing since there¿s no on-site staff. Bad first impression of Seattle. Never again!

Small room but very clean and comfortable. Also located in a very clean and good area in Seattle nice people around the neighborhood. Will definitely comeback here!

Room was clean and staff was helpful.

The businesses around the building are very noisy at night. Not a good place to stay if you are a light sleeper. Tech issues can arise when using your phone as the entry key to the room and hotel.

Easy in, easy out. No staff on premises, but they leave you detailed instructions on how to get your keys and all other pertinent information.

The location was great for me

Parking is tricky with my full sized pick up truck.

How big and nice it was and where it was located in the downtown area.

We were so pleased. The view from our room was great, mountains. Personal. Private.

Maybe add a microwave.

The room was beautiful.

Memory foam bed was a nice difference. Super cute art.

Non functional curtains on some windows, but they gave me a free upgrade.

So unique! It was incredibly clean and the beds were perfectly comfortable. Decor was definitely Seattle celebratory and artsy. Loved it

It is on a busy street and you could hear city noise but that was to be expected. No bathroom fan to deal with steam

Great location and price

Needs places to set things down in the bathroom and a place to charge things.

How close it was to Lumen field.

Bathroom shower handle sprayed all over. No real place to sit in bathroom. No mirror at little desk in room so you could do makeup or hair.

The beds were incredibly comfy! Warm and cozy room. Quiet neighborhood near capitol. Water bottles. Across the street was a nice breakfast place and good restaurants nearby.

No staff to let you in or as a resource. The bathroom had a pee smell which i think was the fabric shower curtain that others had peed on. The soap/shampoo/lotion bottles were unlabeled and actually all mixed up so that in the shower there was only 1 working bottle and it contained lotion. The shampoo bottle was by the sink. The coffee in the room did not work well and was a mini espresso size. Carbon monoxide monitor disconnected and on a shelf. The TV required you to log on to your own netflix/ prime account if you wanted to watch tv.

We like this place when we have to go to hospital! Good food nearby quiet

Traveled with my son and beds were in separate rooms

* Coffee Machine broken, * electronic locks were difficult to work with, took several minutes to open each* Communications had lots of delays* no hotel, more like a bad airbnb

No door on bathroom. Just a curtain.

Cute little cozy room, small... But my son and I liked it... Again it felt cozy. Location was great, and made for an easy walk to harborview for medical appointments. Nice bar across the street :-) for a contactless place, staff was very helpful and key use through the phone was easy.Having the parking space included was great! They were willing to accommodate us for a late checkout, due to our a medical appointment length. My son and I had a great time, and have already booked a room for our next month medical appointment.

Bed was way too soft... Just foam pads stacked on top of each other. Terrible nights sleep and a bit painful and uncomfortable because of poor support. There were some question about overall cleanliness. Wasn't awful, but could have been better. Chat feature through the app did not work. So had to figure out different ways to contact them via text or email.Toiletries in the bathroom were not labeled, and it would be a helpful addition so we didn't have to try to figure it out via trial and error.

The room was nice and clean, this would be a great place to go for a romantic weekend.

Having to download the app and the Bluetooth key not working was a bit of a bummer and made things a bit difficult, if not for the amazing woman who stayed on the phone with me until I got in I feel this would have been much more difficult.

No AC. It was a rare hot day.

It was cute and the app was cool to have so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of a room key or anything like that. The bed was comfy and shower was lovely. It’s not far from anything so it was easy to explore the city and a very quick commute to the train station which was incredible

The room was a bit smaller than I was excepting but that’s kinda on me. I was also expecting it to be more like a hotel than a air bnb but it was cool I just wish it was advertised a little different so it’s not so confusing looking for a hotel building and seeing a house.
