The suite setup with 2 bedrooms, one with 2 Queens, was perfect for my family! Also, the staff was amazing there! So friendly and helpful.

Parking it a bit confusing- particularly where the check-in is behind a paid parking gate. You have to enter before you know cost and if you can even get in. Getting out is equally confusing - the place to swipe you room key is not readily apparent.

There was an issue with the water needing to be turned off overnight but hotel employee was great and comped our parking fees.

The room was more than expected. Nice layout and the fact it had a small kitchen and a bigger than usual fridge was helpful.

The free breakfast could have more options.

Most comfortable beds in a hotel experience I've had in awhile. Hotel was full, but still very quiet. Rooms/hotel decor were thoughtful, modern & well kept. Rooms have modern kitchenette, & shower has rain shower & handheld. Free espresso in lobby!

Location was nice; staff was friendly; riooms were clean; breakfast was on point.

would have loved real/cooked oatmeal for breakfast rather than instant oatmeal.

Staff were so friendly upon arrival and at check out. Beds and pillows were comfy! Hotel was in a great location & about 5 min away from food and shopping. Breakfast was good too!

Very clean facility, comfortable bed/pillows, peaceful location, delicious complimentary breakfast served, surrounded by famous restaurants, and minutes away from SeaTac Airport Car Rental Return facility.

the front end manager was unhelpful, provoking, untrained and very unprofessional. he needs to take a customer service class. ive stayed at this hotel more than ten times without incident and my first encounter with the front desk manager was a disaster

New and clean

The room was too small for its price. I¿m very disappointed for the price that I paid for this hotel. I got better bigger room and space for a smaller price in my other hotels that I have been too.

Pool was not busy, the hotel is gorgeous and food was excellent

Hotel emloyee upon check is was rude and not what I expected from a Westin property. I was early to check in as it was my anniversary. I was charged twice for my hotel fee and it still has not cleared. It was not a good impression of hotel staff

The only downfall is they don’t take cash ! it’s 25 dollars paid parking per day !

It appeared to be nice clean. Even upscale The guy from Hawaii at the front desk made it a better experience. As well as the lady in the morning she greeted me by name and made sure she saw my note about the room amd dishes

My room had a dishwasher full of dishes. It made me question if my roo. Was even cleaned. There was hair in the bed and in the shower . I expected much more cleanliness.

I have been staying here for the last 3 years for work about once a month. Staff is awesome and the facilities are great. Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Bar and lounge area are super clean and well maintained. Definitly will stay her again and again

Only bummer was the bar was not open two of the day of my stay due to staffing. But that is not normal.
