- Nothing my card key stopped working, and I was locked out of my hotel and had to sleep in my car because they don?t have any kind of emergency contact

- The staff was late to opening the front office and had an attitude
- Yes..they give me a smoke room, which I don't smoke..and the next day it was not hot water...terrible
- I was never allowed to check in! There was NOBODY at the front desk at 11 pm and the doorbell was NOT answered and the phone number on my reservation was INVALID.
