The next room played their TV loud all evening so that no one could sleep. We contacted the front desk but they couldn't do anything.

Great breakfast and easy location.

Says pet friendly but would not allow my cat. She had to spend 2 nights in cold truck. I would have made arrangements to leave her with a pet sitter if website hadn't advertised itself. AND the fact she has stayed in the motel previously with no problem!

The massage chair and the jetted tub in them altho the jetted tubs could honestly be replaced being how old they are.

The outdated carpets and jetted tubs the room smelling like ciggeret smoke from the outside smokers , the frosted over freezer and the dirty filters in the room ac/heat units.

The front staff were excellent. I arrived way early and they took care of me. Had a room ready when I did arrive. They were just super nice.

The motel is under renovation , so they haven?t gotten to everything yet so the carpet on the stairs was dirty I. Sure they will get to that as part of the renovation. There was a dog that barked loudly early in the morning a column of times

The laundry pool and hot tub was under construction and unavailable with notice on hotel website nor during booking options on site used

Location was close to my wife?s parents.

The floors in our room creaked and seemed very thin. The guest below us had a little freak out session because my kids were thumping around too much. I?ve never had this problem before at any other hotel where my kids were a little noisy.

We travelled to Seattle Tacoma airport from east coast at night and would be heading Olympic national park the second day. This hotel is in a perfect location to rest and get food/drink for the park. There is a grocery store a few mins away.

There is no elevator in the hotel. We have to lift our luggage to the second floor.

No elevator. Had to climb two flights of stairs. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Poorly lit. Table lamp didn?t work. No Do Not Disturb sign left to use or shampoo/lotion bottles. Easy chair was stained. Looked like this one had missed renovation.

The homeless nearby - did not feel 100% safe - nothing staff can do.

Well situated geographically for my needs. Quiet, clean, courteous.

The breakfast had a good selection, the staff were nice & the inside looks better than last time I was there. Also there are 2 massage chairs in a little side room. LOTS of settings!

The laundry room & fitness room close way too early, you cant bring breakfast to your room, check in isnt until 4pm. And there is a hot tub but it was down for my stay.. then the very last day I was there it had gotten fixed Was a pretty good stay.

Not one I will stay in again little worrisome when I would go to my car, there were two cars parked on each side of my car with what appeared to be homeless people staying in them made me nervous

I loved how many amenities the hotel offered. The hotel wasn¿t very busy, so my husband and I got to use all of them. The massage chairs worked great! The hot tub was nice. The room was very clean.

The only things that I didn¿t like was a security camera was pointed on the hot tub. Where you could watch on a tv in the lobby. It wasn¿t even behind the desk. I understand safety and security, however that shouldn¿t be viewed by other guest.

The manager was amazing!

There was a small dog that was barking all night and allowed to roam the hotel off leash. The house keepers kept knocking on our door asking us if we need anything even though we had the do no disturb sign up.
