Pros +
- Flexibility - our father was on Hospice care at a nearby hospital so our stay was undetermined and the staff assured us it was not a problem. We were able to add a few days so we could stay with our father until he passed away and we are grateful for this.
- They didn’t clean two days in a row. I forgave Christmas Day but the next day? No.
- Breakfast was good and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Perhaps consider an agreement with Cascade Hospital for a discount if your customers are from out of town with loved ones in the situation we were in - showing proof of course.
- The toilet paper.
- There wasn't a table or couch in the room.

Very bad staff , they gave me handicap room I didn't book that we are all good shape me my wife my Son, why did they do that I'm not happy at all washroom was miserable water everywhere discussing, rooms smell bad ets
Nothing at all I want my refund money back
