Pros +

An older motel. It had most of the amenities one expects but its nothing famcy. It was affordable.

Interesting older motel style with outside access to both the front and the back. Larger than most motel rooms with a large entryway and bathroom besides the good-sized main room.

Cons -

Smelled of smoke/musty. Floor was dirty and bed lumpy.
The room was very small with porr ventalation. There was no coffe maker. Everthing was fine in the room but the outside area was not clean and there are only a few parking places near the roooms.

Interesting older motel style with outside access to both the front and the back. Larger than most motel rooms with a large entryway and bathroom besides the good-sized main room.

A couple of maintenance issues: Paint was flaking off in some places and the walls were painted with glossy paint. Heater did not seem to work, but this may have been user error. Didn't investigate as room was warm enough.
