quiet, excellent staff, location

air conditioning by heat pump was difficult to manage

Simple, elegant decor and amenities. Friendly staff.

Fan on AC too strong. Had to turn the whole unit off. At the same time, the bedding was too warm for someone who overheats. The only alternative was to use the spread as blanket. Had same issue at all hotels on this trip. No soft pillow either.

The location

Was not told we wouldn¿t get our room cleaned without putting the Housekeeping Welcome placard on the door. So our room wasn¿t made on our 2nd day with no clean towels and we got back late after staff was gone.

The hotel is centrally located, stylish, and the staff are very friendly.

It is a very small nitpick, but the in-room climate control seemed to alternate between cooling and heating almost all the time. Perhaps the thermostat is a little too finally tuned.

Personal service was excellent. Will return when motel is needed Enjoyed the bicycle provided for free to ride around town

The bed and linens were superb, A/C cooled appropriately and was very quiet! Room construction and decoration was very good. Cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff added to the very pleasant stay. Complementary bottled water was a nice touch.

I would have preferred individual soap and shampoo bottles instead of wall mounted multiple use dispensers. Overall, Inn exceeded my expectations and was a reasonable value!

This is a beautiful hotel. Very cool architecture, amenities, furniture, food, etc. Very clean. The front desk hostess, was delightful and very helpful. The rooms were quiet. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

Nothing. This is a FANTASTIC place to stay! You won't regret it.

Very clean and great location.

The key cards are very sensitive and quite a hassle. One evening their computers went down so all cards would not work. I felt we should have been compensated as this is quite expensive hotel.

It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. It was a beautiful hotel!!!!

This hotel is in a perfect location to walk to everything in Lynden. The rooms and the staff are all very nice.
