The pictures didn?t match the room. Thought we were getting something a little more because we paid more. The furniture was old and worn and overall the room had a very ?used? feel. The bed was at least comfortable

Mold. There was mold in the shower and tub. Black mold. Red. Yellow. All the mold. It was clearly from a lack of cleaning. The paint was peeling off the walls. The floors were dirty under the table. There was a dead cockroach.

Location is everything. It's in a quiet, low crime neighborhood. Far enough off the freeway there is no traffic noise. It's on a side street and is a hidden gem

Overall I felt safe in my room and the hotel was reasonably clean.

You had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. The guy working was inebriated. There was an issue with my room, though they did fix it.

Location is good and allowing our small dog was a plus.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Breakfast was substandard especially the filthy coffee pot. I understand they are remodeling the breakfast area, however it needn't look so bad.

The staff was very kind amidst the chaos of the hotel.

The room was unfinished, the breakfast area was chaotic and did not have enough food for all the people there. The breakfast lady yelled at people. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no blankets or pillows for the bed. We had to ask for all of this.

It was clean. They were friendly.

This hotel was in an industrial area with a drug dealer parked outside in his car every night. Day time desk attendant was quick and helpful but evening time took forever 30 plus minutes to check in. Found heroine in my daughters room. It was crazy!!

Location, size of suite

Seemed to be bothering the night attendant when we checked in around 9:00 PM. Asked for my ID, I handed to him. He flicked it on the counter towards me when giving it back. Seemed unprofessional.

The rooms are nicely appointed. The location is off the beaten path, so you do not worry about the neighborhood. The breakfast is always good quality.

Their flooring was an amateur job at best.

It was supposed to provide breakfast, staff shortages mean nothing was served in the AM. Asked the clerk about vouchers for breakfast elsewhere and was refused.

The best part about the hotel was leaving

Toilet seat broken Shower drain extremely slow so water pooled in tub when showering No chair in room. Asked staff every day to provide a chair. Chair was never provided nor was explanation given.

Quiet and comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Breakfast cook needs better timing with the scrambled eggs.Other than that it was very nice.

Yes, staff was sometimes difficult to deal with, breakfast was cold, and the hotel floors were dirty. You could tell they¿re feeling the affects of COVID and they¿re severally understaffed - on top of that the price to stay here was quite expensive

The breakfast hours are from 7 AM to 10 AM and if you were not there within the first half hour there isn¿t much left. The lobby coffee machine and the dryer were out of order.

Availability

No hot water in the morning for a shower. Microwave not plugged in and cord couldn't reach the outlet. Ran out of food before 8am for the free breakfast. Set the thermostat to auto and 63 degrees and sweated all night. No way it was right.
