- Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff and clean grounds.
- The cabin was clean and in good condition. The overall campground was very nice as well and the lookout from behind the clubhouse at sunset was fantastic. The campground was also quiet at night which enabled a good sleep
- Near the water. Quiet.
Cons -
- The fireplaces are all removed, however all photos still show them present. We explicitly booked here for the fireplace, it was not mentioned anywhere on their website or booking.com that they had been removed. Also you book "cabin 7" but the confirmation email explains the real cabin you are in.
- Booking.com suggested we would be staying in cabin 7 which we then researched online to understand our location and how it would facilitate our dog walks and also privacy. When we arrived we were told Booking.com does not assign the cabin and we were given cabin 18 which had no privacy and was surrounded by a road so not quite pet friendly.
- Uncomfortable bunk bed. Poorly cleaned. Water tastes bad. Water hammer with hot water tank. TV didnt work. Difficult to navigate.
