Everything is so old. The yogurt was never natural, there were times that no coffee in the front.

The rooms are great andI love the hot tub and the pool. Also, easy to access shopping and restaurants!

This time when we stayed, my friend and I were not able to make full use of the hot tub due to really strong chlorine fumes. We tried multiple times over our two day stay, but each time the fumes made our eyes sting so badly we had to leave.

Clean. Good price. Good breakfast included!

The staff was great

There was black mold in the shower, bedding was not clean, couch had a big stain and there was nasty stuff on the walls

I loved having a sink and counter space i the room. I also loved that there was a large bathroom and a tub. It was a very comfortable room.

The blanket on the bed was so thin. My boyfriend is a hot sleeper and needs the ax on. I am a cold sleeper and need warm blankets. I was so cold.

Room & hotel smelled unpleasant to the point the guests traveling with me refused to stay. Carpet was dirty & stained to the point I would not walk barefoot on it. May have contributed to the smell? Overpriced for what this hotel experience was.

The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. This isn't a new hotel but they have done a great job keeping it up. I loved that they allowed pets! The continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus as we thought it was still closed. Staff was great!

My only complaint was that outside the side exit door in the grass there was loads of dog poop! I know this isn't the hotel's doing and is the result of rude pet owners but maybe a pet waste dispenser and garbage can would help pet owners do the right.

Great breakfast, thoughtful spaces, helpful staff and good price.

It is starting to look run down. The area around it is a mall that is not thriving

The staff does their best to keep the property neat and clean given the resources that they have. Easy access to I5, Penera, Red Lobster and department stores.

This is a very dated property. There is a 'point of no return' where everything gets so old that you just have to replace it. Rock-hard pillows, bad lighting and room layout. No pool, hottub, or even no takeout breakfast! Staff smokes at the front door.

Location and less transients congregating outside.

Despite covid restrictions being lifted they are still not providing the continental brekfast as advertised. They have also closed the pool and hot tub, and their elevator is out of service and it's got 3 floors.

Not much. It was clean enough.

Still cancelling Breakfast, NO open pool or fitness center. Staff was less than helpful. Continuing to use Covid as an excuse for not providing basic services that are advertised!!!! Is a DEAL BREAKER¿ we won¿t be back.

This hotel was fine for our trip. Nothing spectacular, but I think that is to be expected when you go to a random city/town. Rooms were clean and large, AC worked well, and housekeeping did a great job of restocking toiletries every day.

The pool was closed because of covid, but with recent updates to the CDC guidelines, I feel like there was some way to have the pool opened and usable for guests.

The easy location from the freeway. The close proximity to grocery stores and gas stations. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

The distance for a disabled person to travel to the room is a bit far, but due to the design of the hotel it cannot be avoided.

Hotel rating is way too high. I booked based on reviews and normally that’s been reliable. This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Not updated since the 90’s. Worst paper thin floors I’ve ever heard! Could hear floor boards creak every ste

The rooms were clean.

Was assigned to a room that was smoky and not tolerable to stay in. Was assigned a second room and the heater was broken and room was freezing.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay near our family.

They did not provide anything for breakfast. When staying in Comfort Inns on our road trip, we always were provided a to go bag which was much appreciated. I think if you don’t provide some type of breakfast that you should lower your price.
