- Blood splatter on walls, fire hazards, furniture old and worn bare. Stains on all surfaces, toilet seat not attached, staff angry that I complained and refused to clean room or move me to another room.

- Stained carpet, moldy shower curtain, rust, broken electrical outlets, hairdryer that fell off the wall, vomit left in the sink, wood and paint chipping and pealing, abandoned broken-into cars in the parking lot. Taking my dogs for a walk was risky!
