Room was clean, Pool & hot tub was nice, Hot breakfast was just right. More stars would be in order!

The lighting in the bathroom, the sink didn't drain and the remote didn't pair with the tv(different brands, not universal) no one was at the desk during check out. They were on a smoke break - no sign or bell or anything

first room I was in till they moved me had a smell, a nonworking microwave and no hot water in shower or sink.

Helpful, courteous staff. Decent breakfast. They let me change my room to the quieter side of the hotel.

Avoid this hotel until their renovation is finished! The highway noise was loud on one side of the hotel.

The pool.

The pool room door didn¿t latch closed, the pool was always out of towels, the pool was cold, the hot tub didn¿t work.

Close to highway access and restaurants.

It smelled musty and moldy, Carpet was dirty.

The staff was very nice to work with.

This hotel was horribly run down. My first room didn't have a door knob on the bathroom door. The other room had a coffee pot with mold in it. There was a power strip behind the bed for outlet access. The air conditioning unit didn't work.

The staff was friendly and hotel was conveniently located.

So many carpet stains, room stunk of urine and cigarette, stink bugs in our room, lamp did not work and was covered in dust, kept window open due to smell but gagging homeless man in parking lot scared my kids thinking there were zombies. So much more.

It was cheap

Tiffany was very rude to me when I didn't get housekeeping. Coffee sucks. And finally I really didn't like the cockroach crawling down the wall. No luggage cart because they use it for the garage.

Very clean rooms.

Beds felt outdated. They could be replaced and upgraded. Could feel and hear the springs.

I like the rooms and most of the staff. Location is also excellent.

The overall stay was very good and I would stay again and best my expectations. Staff was kind and accommodating and went out of their way to may sure my short stay was satisfactory. I would stay again without hesitation.

Even though the bed was comfortable, it was a bit worn out with definite body craters in it that hindered moving around in it. Suggest replacing it.

Breakfast, pool and cheap

Asked staff two days in a row for clean towels and they were never provided. Had to take towels from the pool area. Carpets were extremely stained, and the hotel room smelt very bad when we arrived. Elevator inspection also expired in 2021¿..

Nice location right off I-5 and near restaurants.

The bed was too springy (you could feel the springs). The toilet took a long time after flushing it. All in all, for the price it was good but could be better.
