- The room was clean.
- Stayed at Rama Inn several times over the years and can see the upgrades. The staff was extra attentive and the breakfast offerings exceeded expectations.

- Property is older. The indoor pool was freezing cold, the spa was closed for maintenance and pool towels were scarce.
- We had to switch rooms because the one we were assigned was not clean; there was blood on the comforter, hair, dirt and debris on the bathroom floor and it smelled like urine. the exterior doors to the hotel did not lock so it wasn¿t secure. The bathroom
