The girl at the desk was nice.

We checked in and a guy was in the room. The girl at the desk asked the person to leave. We looked at the beds and it had black hair on the sheets. We had to get clean sheets and had to make the beds ourselves. This place needs updating.

Mold, broken doors, shower doesn?t work properly

The staff are amazing especially the night guy always available for whatever we needed with such a pleasant attitude

The maids did try to lie about some towels having stains and was going charge me 60 bucks but when asked about them the staff ciuld not even locate them

See through towels and washcloths with stains. Mattresses need changed, they about folded in half when sat on.

Room was cleaned daily. Beds are amazingly comfortable!

Breakfast could have been better

I like led the way when you open your door it has a court yard to look at vs walking into a typical hotel hallway.

Didn?t have enough trash cans and the breakfast wasn?t all that great had the usual breakfast stuff.

Very noisy floor in room and housekeeping kept knocking on our door for service way before check out time.

The Staff was very nice. The Hotel was clean inside and out. Restaurant onsite was highly rated.

It is so cute! The younger lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful! The bath tube size is awesome! The room was spacious and I love that you can see your car from your rooms.

They are upgrading the rooms. New paint, toilets¿.. The location is great. Walking distance to downtown

Not the hotels fault, but the street noise was horrible! Street racing, fights, and loud music made sleep before 2:30 am almost impossible.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel was located within walking distance to restaurants in a charming little town not far from the Sunrise entrance of Mount Rainier National Park.

The breakfast room was dirty and the bathroom towels were threadbare. One day our hand towels and wash clothes were taken and not replaced.

The door had problems closing. Our keys to the room quite working a day before we checked out as they had our dates wrong. Room was nice, but very expensive for the area we stayed in.

It needs some TLC. The toilet seat in our room was broken and the shower head was loose.

Great location, walking distance & close to town activities and off highway - so quiet.

This hotel was downtown and it was fun to walk around to everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Location and I could tell the new owners have been making improvements

Owners, or management, need to spot check the towels and sheets as there were dark spots on both, and it would have been nice to have some fruit maybe as everything for breakfast was carbs and some of us do not like yogurt

The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

The rooms could use some updating, but I would still come back to visit.

Accommodating desk clerk changed our room so their would be no stairs.

Could use some décor updating.
