- Very friendly staff.
- windows opened. I didn't have to have the air on, just slept with the window open.
- Very friendly staff and helpful - enjoyed breakfast and coffee was ready any time of day
Cons -
- They were renovating. But the noise was minimal. And there were no construction guys or equipment around rooms or common areas. So it was good.
- They overbooked my room type and gave me a downgraded room without telling me. I had to contact the front desk to tell them that I paid for a premium room not standard. Had to wait until the next day to speak with assistant manager to have them refund the difference between room prices and for the hassle gave 10k member points. However, I have never had these issues with their nearby competitors, so don't plan on returning

Very friendly staff and helpful - enjoyed breakfast and coffee was ready any time of day
Did not realize they were under construction so little messy and not very much hot water for bath - but bummer was we stayed 3 days but the pool was closed due to a chemical problem with water - they did say we could use the hotel next doors pool but otherwise we enjoyed the stay
