Clean, breakfast was decent

The mattress was awful. Most uncomfortable bed I¿ve slept in.

Love the breakfast bar & the 2 hour mangagers refreshment snack thing.

Great staff and rooms, great amenities!

What an absolutely wonderful hotel, every one of the staff was friendly and so accommodating. They have a "happy hour" for adults in the afternoon where you can go down and get 2 free drinks in the hotel lobby. The pool was clean and rooms were very clean.

My husband said the bed was uncomfortable, but I thought it was fine. The towel rack and toilet paper rack were loose.

Quiet and clean.

Front desk service, as usual, new people who were deathly slow and not knowing how to properly accommodate people.

Breakfast was good, variety of choices.

Expensive for the area.

My grandkids loved it. Donut holes a huge success!

I like the white gravy better then the brown.

Property was clean and well maintained. The staff were the highlight of this place. The customer service was excellent. The people were friendly and engaging in a genuine way. Their management should be very proud of everyone who works together to make the customer feel valued.

I did not get breakfast

the morning of checkout my toilet flooded. it was all over the carpet and flooring, i had to wait to shower, the carpet was wet while i was getting ready. staff should have credited the room but did not even offer a credit.

It's a really nice, clean place.

I didn't like the fact, I paid so much to not have a working tv and the front desk guy wouldn't help. We came to relax, and sat there staring at the walls! The owner was notified and I never got a response. I'm so disappointed, all the money we've spent at that specific motel to have our concern disregarded. It's so disrespectful.

Lobby was clean and had a pool.

The room we got was supposed to be for government rate. And we had to pay full price. But the room smelt like mildew and the bed was uncomfortable.

They listed to previous suggestions and worked on the hot tub jets. And the pool area was cleaner then my mom and is last stay.

The staff was all beyond friendly always offering a smile & being very helpful. The entire property was well maintained & clean. Pool warm, hot tub an amazing HOT Hot!

The key card system needs work. We had to repetitively have our key cards reset. At one point I sat in the hall waiting for our 2nd key to come up because I was simply over going up and down the hall and stairs to get my key reset. Friday night twice, Saturday SIX times for 1 key and TWICE for the other. Each time the staff was friendly and reset the cards but it was really redundant and ridiculous. Super inconvenient.

Hot tub jets need maintenance, too hot-over the stated 105°F.

This property is pretty quiet and is located near the grocery store and just a couple of blocks from Walmart. The breakfast was ok. Pool was great no screaming kids.

Breakfast selection needed some fruit.

Seina was great pre checking me in late nite driving in thru a snow storm, thanks!
