- Had to pay extra for wifi, no housekeeping, and no direct lake access
- These are residence type rooms. They have a full kitchen which is great if you cook on vacation. Unfortunately the guests before us burnt something in the oven. The staff did a “self clean cycle” on the oven before we checked in at 10 and we got there at 3 pm. However the brunt stench was so strong and was still there when we checked out two days later. Not sure if all of their rooms smell this way, but it was the only unpleasant part of the stay. The parking garage was also a downside. If you’re traveling with a truck, it’s hard to find parking as they don’t reserve the side lot for cars that don’t fit into their underground parking garage. Sometimes smaller vehicles would park there instead of parking in the garage and you’d be stuck waiting for someone to move before you parked for the night.
