Holes in the window screen, dead smoke alarm kept going off, cold water in the shower, unhelpful staff. I could go on.

Hotel is on the older side. It is a little run down . Staff is nice . Rooms are clean.

Dirty, terrible neighborhood, way too expensive

Good hot water with great shower water pressure.

Everything was rundown - snagged, rusty, dented. The exterior hadn?t been swept in a long time.

The pool was not working for months. The key system didn?t work so we had to be let in our room every time we left n came back. And half the time they weren?t even in the lobby so we had to wait forever for them to get back and let us in.

Nice breakfast. Nice front desk people.

Scary looking from parking lot. Dirty cement walkways and stairs. really need pressure wash. Horrible brown throughout rooms, dark and dank.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting.Smelly chair was nasty and dirty sheets and rug did not smell clean and fresh.Everything was very old and outdated and not well taken care of

The size of the room was quite large allowing us to move about freely. Also had a small microwave and mini fridge enabling us to have late night snacks.

The ceiling/floor very thin and kept awake by people upstairs. The pool was closed all 4 days and the location was very sketchy shopping carts around it. Guys hanging out all hours on upper rail flashing gang signs at us. Overall did not feel safe.

The location was close to everything we needed.

We were charged extra cash when we arrived for a pet cleaning deposit even though room was fithy. There were dirty needle caps and pills on the floor. The pool was out of service and the wifi password was useless because there was no signal on property.

The amenities for the price.

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, and the lock on my door was severally damaged, luckily the door was still securable

Very affordable - Every Feature we needed coming in from a Mt Margaret Back Country Back Pack at the Mt St Helens National Monument. We were treated very well by the staff as well. We were able to park right outside our door. Breakfast was great!

Nothing to like about this property.

Extremely poor condition. Very old and and should simply be razed to the ground. Homeless roaming the parking lot. Breakfast is simply a joke. Booked for three nights but found a Best Western 23 miles away and left in the middle of the second night!

The pool and hot tube was closed, there was a bed bug in my bed at 2am the 1st night we checked in so we packed up and left and I am still waiting on my refund for the trip.

It's very goog located.

Cleanliness. I found hairs on the bed, on the floor. Check the beds before you use it. Kinda creepy ¿¿.

The room temperature

Could hear water pipes running for hours. Then when the heat went on the heating unit made loud dripping noise and also kept me awake. Helpful staff and breakfast good enough. The homeless looking cars in the street in front made me uncomfortable.

Location was perfect, staff was great and friendly. Breakfast included.

The room was very unclean. Carpet sticky, hairs in the linens, cobwebs, old cookie in a drawer. Even the tile was dirty, I wiped some water off the floor from the shower and the towel was brown after, room wreaked of cigarettes (non-smoking room).

Peep-hole missing from the door, dirty room, torn carpet, broken tiles in the bathroom, smelled like smoke, non-fitting toilet seat, people above us walking all night long it seems making noise. I could go on but not enough space to type it all.

Front desk was great. She changed my room to the first floor with no problems. Housekeeping was cheerful and timely. The room was clean, sheets clean, towels white and fluffy.

I could hear the people above us walking and slamming doors. But it all quieted down around 10. So really no problem

My self and my daughter received chemical burns on our body in the jacuzzi due to the neglect of the motel staff. Chlorine levels were so high it IMMEDIATELY bleached our swimming attire . Staff refused to write up an incident report for us. NOT SAFE
