Good location and value for lodging.

There were very few guests at the hotel yet all guests were located literally next to each other on one floor. Unnecessary noise when the guests could have been spaced out on the property.

The mattress fell to the right, like it sunk down kept sliding off. The tv had lots of bright circle lights coming through it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The front door was damaged from the pounding it had from past. The mattress cover felt damp.

Not much I checked out shortly after checking in and got an Airbmb

The hotel smelled funky. Location didn¿t seem very safe. The lobby had chunks of the ceiling missing.

There were only sheets on the bed and the heater worked extremely poorly, bad planning. They should at least give you a blanket

I wasn¿t allowed to check in. Apparently you need to leave the room spotless to get your deposit back and avoid being put on the dnr list. I¿ve stayed there for years with no issue until now. Last time my bathroom light never got fixed during my week stay

Location to food, shopping, training facility.

The huge pot hole in the center of the entrance continues to grow. The metal posts on either side of entrance need reflectors for safety.There is another pot hole forming just right of the huge pot hole. No heat in the room,smells funky,floors dirty.Noisy

Had to change rooms due to no heat. I requested a room and when I showed up at 7pm I was told the room wasn't cleaned.

Location was good, staff was friendly and quiet for the most part

This place needs new beds for sure. Sleeping on bed coils and lumpy mattress padding isn't very comfortable

The last room I got from staff. Both commented this third room had a working A/C. Maintenance man said I might have to turn down A/C its very cool. Great, so should have the first two rooms!

I had to move three times in two days, all because A/C didn¿t work, twice. Had to wait an hour for them to clean my room,( first room) this is at 4pm to 5pm. Grabbed my bags and dog, moved in and right away asked for another room. Same thing next day!

Room 263: A/C - cool, not noisy, no mold smell. The grounds reeked of cigarette smoke, but the room and linens smelled fine. Office staff were friendly. Liked the bright accent colors. Lights were calming yellow rather than blue. Inviting, clean table.

The bed was rather uncomfortable; but not impossible to sleep in. It would have been nice to have sheer privacy curtains as everyone on my hall had to pass my window to get to their rooms.

Everything . There wasn¿t enough basic necessities in the room. Room was given away at 6 pm and had to wait two hours for the last room to be cleaned. No amenities and very bad internet service. Never go there again.

Location

They require a mandatory daily security check that has to be done by house keeping who does not get there until 9:30. This meant I was stuck there until 10:00 every day NOT the way you plan a vacation.

Bad neighborhood for hotel DUE to drugs but great location for shopping

I DID NOT GET TO SPLEEP DURING MY STAY DUE TO DRUGS BEING SOLD OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND SOME DRUG ADDICT TRYING TO ENTER MY ROOM AT 3AM... WILL NAVER STAY WITH MY FAMILY AGAIN MY GIRLS WERE TERRIFIED would like a redund or a good percentage off my bill

No furniture, beds were OK, pillows were smelly and there was one little chair for 5 people.
