Pros +
- People were nice. Even though it was older it was very clean. The refrigerator was cold and the hot water was hot.
- The bes t thing is its very close to PEACH ARK PARK and the blain downtown.. everything thing is accessible on a walking distance
- It was in the perfect location to get to the Canadian border.
Cons -
- Hotel wifi was very slow,if you are thinking to work along. you may find network issues.. doordash take too long .. its beeter to go out and eat by yourself.. instead waiting for more then hour.. their is no breakfast in the hotel Take your water bottle
- The toilet and the shower I did not like. The shower head was super low and I didn¿t like the round toilet seat. There¿s plenty of room to put a toilet with an elongated seat. It was just kind of a strange bathroom with the sink outside of it.
- Pillows hard as rocks. power out all night so no AC (saving on electricity?) Crew renovating rooms partied right outside our door until midnite, drinking and throwing the F bomb. Management didn't seem to care.

The location easy access to stores and food
It said there was a continental breakfast but there was not there were stains in the bed sheets and I asked for a downstairs level and got upstairs
Location and cleanliness
I just missed having a coffee maker in the room
TV didn't work. Bathroom sink faucet dripped all night. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Close to border. Log furniture was a hoot.
Everything okay - especially for the price.
Excellent value for the money. Staff great. Grounds clean and close to freeway, but not too close. Room really nice
One pillow case had hairs on it. No other issues.
Location. You can smoke right outside your room and astray is provided.
Should be only one star. The place is showing it's age.
location close to place I was visiting.
It is so close to the border that our AT&T phone had problems calling, but text worked.
Excellent value. The hotel staff was super accommodating and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there next time we are in the area.
Wasn't able to park in front of hotel room. Would've liked a coffee machine in room and an iron and ironing board.
We liked the location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the management very nice. The little continental breakfast was good too. For the price this hotel was very nice.
Cement block walls made it feel like a prison.
Everything was in working order.
The smell of stale cigarettes was very strong.
I wanted a hotel that was inexpensive and close to the boarder. This hotel was just what I was looking for.
Was a great place for the price. Would stay here again.
Price
Was perfect for what we needed which was a one night stay near the border. For a two star hotel, it was fine. The staff was very friendly and had no issues with the room.
We have been coming for some years. Rooms have been redone a couple of years ago. They are quite comfortable.
Prices have gone up. Since breakfast is not offered, the combination of cost of room and eating out, we can pay for a hotel with breakfast included.
