Comfort Inn Bellingham

The bathroom sink was broken. a shower cap on smoke detector so the room had been smoked in. Loud music 2:30 am. Heavy Oder marijuana. Police in lobby for some sort of disturbance.

Being charged a deposit for a pet that did not stay with me which was my sisters who was just visiting being we were from out of town

The rooms were clean & odor free. The shower had good water pressure, water was hot. Very large bathroom. Elevator.

The continental breakfast had very nice options. The coffee, eggs, and sausage were absolutely horrible! Worst I've ever tasted. The dirty stairwells need painted & cleaned.

Decent room

Shuttle service. Spent 2 separate nights, before a cruise and after a cruise, and the shuttle was never available! I spent an additional $75. on taxis!

Nope nothing

I booked room with pool in hotel there was no working pool family had to go eltes were still got billed 380 + no refund

Friendly staff

The TV did not work. The pool and gym were closed for maintenance.

The staff was generally very friendly and pleasant, with the exception of one incident when I witnessed fromt desk staff yelling at a customer. Pet friendly, free internet, and free parking, free breakfast.

I chose this hotel for the amenities advertised: indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness equipment. None of these were accessible during my 4 night stay. Bags of trash in halls, housekeeping/fresh towels/trash bags not offered over 4 nights. Understaffed.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet

The bathroom door was broken. The showers didn¿t have hot water. My husband ate 4 yogurts at breakfast and didn¿t realize that the dates were expired. Within an hour, he was vomiting violently. The amenities were closed but were advertised to be open

The hotel itself was alright. The free breakfast was pretty decent, although they ran out of pretty much everything fairly quickly and were a little slow to refill it. Just a decent average hotel stay for the very low price we paid.

Initially we were given the wrong type of room, but the staff corrected it quickly.

The new owner is working really hard to repair and beautiful this place. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are top notch professionals.

The carpet in my room was in need of cleaning.

No room service.. loud banging at 2am from ice machine.. no shelf in shower.. had to put soap on floor.. dirty hallway and stairwell.. smelly room..

Front desk was great

room was not clean, found garbage next to bed.

Bed was comfy, enough pillows, black curtains, pod coffee maker in room,, towels were fluffy. Good enough spread for comp breakfast.

Entire facility was too dirty for me, including the room. Pool was closed,maid service was only upon request. All in all, ok for me because all I did was sleep there. I spent 4 days there, but was gone every day til dark. Shower dirty, but adequate.

The pool was STILL not able to be used. We've stayed here lots of times, but the last several YEARS the pool has been out of order. We asked for a couple extra pillows and were told told they didn't have any because people kept stealing them??? Really???

It appears homeless people are living in the hotel.Children running everywhere. People taking massive food from the breakfast area before paying guests could eat. They do not clean your room or fresh towels while you are there. Still doing covid standards

Dog poop uninviting when checking in by front door .told guest clerk he did nothing about it ,poop was still in same spot ..tacky. When we checked out.

breakfast was included, but not on par with some of the other hotels that offer a morning meal.

we weren't told the gym and the workout room were both shut down. Extremely disappointed

Was easy to get to

surrounding homelessness and transient action was extremely noticeable. The lobby was somewhat clean but could use detail. The room was not acceptable. Bathroom was dirty with used shampoo bottle, lamps falling apart, no clock, just DIRTY

The location

They were doing major renovations. The hallways were very dirty and the gym and spa were all closed. The hallways smelled bad. There was a school bus that dropped kids off telling me I think people live there.
