Loved the layout of the room, room was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was terrific and enjoyed the fitness center.

The hot tub was out of order, water fountains in pool area were rusted and unusable. Pool area felt dirty.
Room was dirty. Mold in shower, dust on all surfaces, carpet soiled, bed was hard and lumpy. Air-conditioner was noisy.
Room was small and limited space.

The staff was so kind and helpful. I forgot some important paperwork and they were able to print it out for me. Most importantly, the staff asked me at checkin if I was comfortable with a room that had an adjoining door.
