Location , cleanliness and specially the desk for the suitcase.

We had an awesome stay! The room and hotel were very clean, organized and more modern than I expected. They had everything we needed as well, including snacks! Staff were friendly and easy going. The breakfast was amazing! My kids definitely loved it!

The carpet had some kind of stickiness in spots. We didn't notice until the second night because we were so tired on arrival and then got up early the next morning. By then, we just put up with it.

In my experience Hampton Inn in Bellingham has comfortable beds and smart tvs to make the hotel stay comfortable. Breakfast is decent.

The bathroom floor had what appears to be poop or throw up in the grout on the bathroom floor. We were unable to be moved to a new room that had adjoining rooms for our children so the front desk provided bleach and rags for us to clean ourselves. Gross

This hotel is clean, conveniently located, and has a smart TV which is why I now like this one more than Oxford Suites up the road.

The double queen hotel room would be too small if I had my kids along, the room needs an extra blanket, and the pillows were really hard.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are early risers and loved that the pool and hot tub opened at 4am and hot coffee in the lobby at all hours. This is our favorite place when visiting family in Bellingham.

The hotel is new, clean and very appealing. It is close to food, starbucks, freeway and shopping.

The hotel should have done a better job shoveling snow off walkways and off the parking lot.

Lovely hotel. It was clean & brand new. Staff was professional & willing to help. It was seamless checking in and extending my stay. It was pricey but worth it as all of Bellingham is overpriced. There are refrigerators/microwaves in room. Smart TV.

They did not adequately plow the parking and walking areas.

I liked the breakfast it was really good and actually tasted good.

I didn’t like that only one elevator worker during our stay to accommodate 5 floors of people was a lot of waiting time specially for breakfast. Didn’t like how dark the rooms felt needed more light or even white lighting.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent variety.

Ii wish the lighting at the bathroom mirror was brighter.
