I loved everything.

Great location, easy access clean nice accommodations

In my lovely room everything went well until I tried to turn off the lights! couldn’t get light OFF over the bed had to sleep with pillow over my head all night. I tried every light switch to no avail tried to call desk for help Mailbox was full. They weren’t accepting messages which seemed odd. Meant to report to the front desk upon departure!

Fantastic location right next to tons of dining, beautiful parks, and an easy trip to the city. It's in a very safe area, which was my number one concern when visiting Seattle and being unfamiliar with the area. Absolutely get the breakfast, as they made omelets to order, had eggs, bacon, sausage, tons of fresh fruit, french toast, and baked goods available. Rooms were clean, there was a Starbucks in the hotel, and a bar area with very friendly bartenders. There is a beautiful park (Bellevue Downtown Park) very close to the hotel with gorgeous fountains, great walking paths, and an amazing view of the city in the distance.

A very minor complaint and not really the fault of the hotel, but we had requested rooms next to each other and were told they could honor this request when we booked the hotel several weeks prior to the stay, however my family ended up on different floors at almost opposite ends of the hotel. Thankfully, after the first night of our stay and after more rooms became available, they were able to move one of our rooms to the same floor and much closer to each other, which was very helpful.
