- Quiet and clean
- How friendly and helpful the whole staff is from the minute you walk in and throughout our stay. Enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable beds. This hotel is above a 5-star, The location is perfect off the highway.
- The staff was very friendly and took care of issues.
Cons -
- Housekeeping was inconsistent. My mom stayed on the 3rd floor and her room was cleaned every day except for one. We were on the 4th floor and ours was cleaned sporadically Cannot make a left turn out of property this is probably a city issue though
- The room description is very misleading. I booked a 2 room queen. When I got there the front desk told me they don?t have rooms with 2 rooms in the property.
- Toilet hard to flush, itchy from bedding. Hallways has an odor possibly carpet. Elevator has dirty mop odor. Swimming pool yet, no jacuzzi.
