This hotel did not honor my reservation and charged an extra $12 in order for me to stay there. The place is dirty, the ice machine does not work, the staff are unmotivated, the parking lot is too small for the cars in it, the bathroom was dirty.

It was 10 minutes from my event

The spigot in the shower has more water coming from it than the shower head did. The lights outside showed through the blinds, flashing all night different colors. The crinkle of the plastic mattress pad was something new to me.

The shower was hot.

No shower curtain. TV didn't work. When alerting the front desk...No one was available. Next morning I asked for towels and the employee told me if I was staying another night, then yes...But since I'm not, he wanted to charge me $100 for extra towels.

Thos hotel is the worst I have ever stayed I asked and paid for ADA and could barely get my wheel chair in the room, no extended toilet or shower

To small it smelled, garbage under bed, no coffee office always locked numerous things

The people who run this hotel are friendly and so incredibly helpful. They made staying there a pleasant experience.

The motel is very old and could use some plastering and painting but for a one night stay it was fine.

Ice machine doesn¿t work, vending machines empty, laundry room ok but no where to get coins to operate them

Clean up the outside. Broken down cars, beer caps, etc looks and feels unsafe to stay there.

There is nothing postitive that I can say about this hotel

Appeared to have homeless people camping in parking lot.We requested a king room and if it was a king bed it was the smallest ever, no cleaning,no service had to request clean towels,no additional shampoo or soap,good thing I brought some.HORRIBLE SERVICE

The rooms were nice and clean and other guest were very nice

The front desk was rude and not inviting but i did like how they were straight cut to the point

$100 room deposit and cleaning staff must check out the room to get it back but they don¿t arrive until 10 so I had to do the deposit via credit card and it takes up to 7 days to get it back.

Where do I start????? The staff were rude and treated myself and party like criminals! Demanded a security deposit which was ever expressed. Room was terrible, stains on ceiling, walls and lampshade. No coffee in room. Deposit still not refunded, CRAP!!!!

Nothing. Woman was rude. Smelled like cigarettes and bad decisions.

Everything. The room was not what I needed. I explained 3 times I needed a room with two beds. She took my money and was rude about it. The machine was not working and she asked me over abs over if there was money on my card?!!

They took a $100 deposit that I was supposed to recieve back once I checked out.This was a week ago and my money still hasn't been put back on my card.The motel doesn't look anything like the advertisement and apparently the management is horrible.
