- They gave us card to access room. Went room and was already rented
- Front desk clerk was super helpful
- They upgraded us to a king bed when we arrived, the room was super warm when we walked in, clean, smelt great (like clean/soap smell) and the fridge was cold. Staff was very friendly.

- Dirty.Lobby is perfumed,this caused me distress.As a result I was unaware when I got to the room it was heavily perfumed as well.It set off three days of swollen face eyes and unpleasantness.The facility is not a two star it is a struggling one at best.
- Room key cards kept de-activating. I had to walk out in the cold to the lobby/reception area multiple times to re-activate the key card. I did not store the key card near my cell phone so something was up with either the key slot or the keys themselves.
