Pros +
- Location was great. Unfortunately I overslept and didn't have any breakfast
- the room was ok.
- I was grateful that there was a room available at a reasonable price for the time I was in Burlington and the breakfast was better than I expected, honestly.
Cons -
- When we got there the windows were open. I have allergies so all that outdoor air. It took a while for the air conditioning to filter it out making my breathing uncomfortable.
- the hall carpet was gross. The person next door on the first night kept me up with his noise and I got a minimal refund BUT they were aware of his behavior and did not ask in advance for him to be considerate or quiet. No one cleaned the room. It was a welfare hotel and when I asked the hotel while booking it they lied.
- Just fixing the little things, like the busted closet door handle and the torn shelf paper in the bathroom, etc.. would really spruce things up, you know?

staff was friendly excellent rapport with guests Bed was comfortable thats it.
Torn and shredded curtains in bedroom, pull out couch needs to be replaced I had to sleep on it it was very uncomfortable springs popping up all over it. Didnt sleep all night due to this situation. even closed up as a couch extremely uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. Must of been one of the original couches in this much older hotel. Carpets should be replaced quite worn out
