Jay Peak Resort

The variety of things to do, friendliness of staff, always available to staff. The room was immaculate and large. My husband raved about the shower, including the machines for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

The only thing we didn?t like was the condition of the roads. My husband is D.O.T. In CT. So he always checks the conditions.

3 floors with a bedroom on the top floor and a bedroom on the bottom floor, giving us nice privacy. There was a large refrigerator & 4-burner gas stove allowing us to save $ by eating in the Condo. Walking distance from the Water Park and skiing.

I needed a separate key for the fitness room.

Great location, right at the base of Jay Peak

The air conditioning on our entire floor did not work. We showed up and found that the hallway was in the upper 70s, and our room was overly hot. We needed to have maintenance come up to fix this. All guests on our floor had the same issue.

Not as advertised. No pool no sauna, no hot tub

Everything about resort wS great however there was some machinery that kept running thru the night keeping us all awake

When I mentioned it to the front desk he didnt seem to care

Centipede in first bed..changed room and large stai on mattress. Dog kibble and chips not cleaned up. Outside walkway not well kept

The resort has so much to do and so many places to eat and even shop that you can park your car and never need the whole time you are there. They even have a movie theater.!!

I was really bothered that their parking lot had no night lights. It was pitch black and the only way we found our car in the dark was hitting out unlock button. This is so unsafe for and visitors and a great place for crime to happen.!

Not enough restaurants open, food was lousy.

I liked they had a store you could buy drinks and snacks. Good coffee!

Noise from next door could be heard, had to call twice. Only 1 restaurant. The dinner menu was 25.00 a plate and it did not give you much. The rental for shoes for the climbing was 10.00, so bring sneakers.

The room was very big, and exceptionally clean. The window in our room offered a view of the foliage and ski slopes that was breathtaking.

No I would definitely revisit this site.

our check in was delayed until 9p at night. We had arrived at 1p. pre signed in. they said we would get an email telling us the room is ready. we never received the email. i checked with services many times about our status. my 9p check got the room

Comfortable bed.

Unless you're skiing or at the water park, this place is overrated. Garbage all over sidewalk near entrance of hotel. Air conditioner did not work, bathroom sink separate from toilet and shower area (awkward having to open doors to wash hands).

I thought it was connected to water park but it is a separate area; a different hotel on property connects

Scenic location

The odor in the room, the large unpaved parking lot that was a long distance from the hotel, the lack of any restaurants and other amenities within reasonable proximity.

I had no idea how busy or empty the hotel would be - but the rate was excellent.

No - front desk greeted me warmly and the place was great.

The mushroom entry area to the cottage. Perfect for boots and gear.

No bathroom on the same level as the master bedroom

Swimming pool was closed since labour's day .. Not acceptable for a resort !

Feel some distance when taking with reception desk. Feel they are not happy!

Would be great if they provide a dryer at the Stateside hotel just like the Tramhaus.
