- The location on the mountain was perfect. The leaves were changing and the view was amazing.

Cons -
- The front desk lady was not very friendly. We came to check in at 4:00 and she said the room isn't ready. So we went and had an early dinner came back around 6:00 and she gave us a room with someone in it.
- There was chaos when we arrived at 5pm due to no show of the cleaning staff and had to wait for the room as it wasn?t ready
- Our shower didn't work. Showed them a video of the shower working. No apology just an I will add it to my list because I am stuck at the desk all night. The hotel was dirty and outdated.

The location is great. The person that checked us in was great.
