Pros +
- Hotel employee was so hospitable. He offered to upgrade our room so we would be more comfortable. Also offered dinner suggestions. Lovely decor. Lovely stay.
- Exceptional owner/manager and staff. Very clean and well kept. In general it was a stellar experience, especially given the close proximity to the slopes.
- Close to Killington Ski area. Very good free breakfast. Steve was very friendly. Very cozy decoration. The room is clean.
Cons -
- The only complaint I have is the noise from the upstairs neighbors and those to one side. The walls are thin and we were woken up repeatedly throughout the night by loud footsteps, talking, and even some people upstairs rough-housing.
- The walls were a bit thin and the shower didn't have a ton of pressure - but those were minor. We had a great stay and if we're ever in the area we'll stay again.
- The bathroom sink didn"t work the whole time we were there, they tried to fix it twice but didn't work at all. We should have been moved. The showerhead was terrible and water felt like needles so couldn't enjoy shower because couldn't adjust shower head.

Close to Killington Ski area. Very good free breakfast. Steve was very friendly. Very cozy decoration. The room is clean.
The owners run the inn with tremendous care. The continental breakfast was ample, and hotel employee was very cheerful and helpful. The cast iron stove in the common area was peaceful and cozy in the evenings, our room was clean and comfortable. Very homey!

Cozy and nestled right in all of the action. The owner was amazing and provided us several recommendations for hikes and restaurants. They made things feel safe with check-in and the alternate breakfast (due to Covid).

This hotel is exactly how it was described. The furniture and art is outdated but the room was very large and very clean. Everyone on the staff that I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The experience was wonderful staff was very nice person. I recommend 100%, the room is big and everything are very clean.
The location, the decoration, the service, the breakfast.
The watersink was out of order and the tap water contains minerals that made it a little salty. My daughter refused to drink.
It was a nice little quiet inn right at the bottom of the Killington Access road. Convenient location to get to the mountain, Rutland, Mendon, or the breweries. Very clean and mostly updated, amazing staff, look forward to staying there in the future!
Greenbrier met our expectations based on previous reviews and hotel star rating.
very inviting staff
thin walls
The decoration is superb!
Welcoming and comfortable.
Great spot to ski Killington or Pico. Steve welcomed us and showed us to our room. He offered suggestions and advice to all the guests. Old school charm and hospitality. Nice breakfast before heading out to ski.
Kind host, great service.
Bed mattresses a bit old.
Nice breakfast, friendly staff, quaint decor in the lobby.
Not cheap but less than other comparable places.
clean, friendly, good breakfast options (continental). Great location to everything.
What a cozy place - very nice and kind staff. Room was fine, very clean.
Place is clean, smells clean. Checking-in is easy, and they can accommodate later check-ins. Plenty of hot water for the shower.
Walls are a little thin, but its ok.
