At the base of Killington Mountain. It is a 2133 feet walk to the ski elevator. Each room at the Lodge features satellite TV, private bathroom, refrigerator and coffee maker. Most rooms have a balcony or patio. An indoor pool, hot tub and free Wi-Fi are also available to guests. The Killington Golf Course is 1312 feet away from The Cascades Lodge.

Pros +
- Cascades is a very convenient location and the host was very kind and accommodating. The treats and juice left in the room each day were a very nice touch. I enjoyed the home-like feeling and historic decorations.
- Super dated, like 1980s Mervin’s level of dated.
- Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff was welcoming and pleasant.
Cons -
- Needs to be re-modeled
- Room was extremely hot and thermostat adjustment had no effect. Could not open a window to cool off the room. Water from sink and shower was brown. Do not drink the water. Room decor is quite dated but understandable given the rate paid. We did not contact the front desk to request a room change as we checked in late and were exhausted. This is on us for trying to tough it out...
- The tap water is of poor quality.
