    Pros +

    • It's close proximity to the LVRT bike trail. The breakfasts were excellent as well.
    • The owners are wonderful. This is a charming old historic inn. The quirkiness makes it even more adorable. It's like visiting your grandma's house
    • Zero. Nothing.

    Cons -

    • This isn't really a dislike per say, but be prepared that this Inn is extremely old.
    • The exterior 1st floor door right below the 2 twin room slams when people go outside. It needs some kind of a door stopper.
    • Grossly and deceptively represented in the pictures and description. Numerous enormous ceiling to floor wall cracks. Floors were a wreck. Windows did not close. No in room climate control. Controlled by front desk. One ceiling HVAC register for 3 rooms.

We liked the price and proximity to Smuggler's Notch. Breakfast was also yummy.

The hot tub was not in working condition and parking was a bit tricky.

Great location, very nice staff and the breakfast was delicious! Common areas were lovely for sitting and chatting, games were provided. Good supply of towels available! Appreciated the available refrigerator and microwave in the common dining areas.

We were unaware that our room had no closet, desk, or dresser. We lived out of our suitcases and utilized the drawers in the nightstands. There was a huge amount of dust under the bed; looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years!

This Inn I am sure in its day was a beautiful inn, however it is now tired and old. The quaintness was there but many areas were in need of painting and general maintenance. The pictures posted on line were misleading and inaccurate.

Quaint Inn. Perfect location for our visit. Beds and pillows so very comfortable and bathroom clean. Nice shower with good water pressure. You must be mobile as 14 stairs up to rooms.

Wish there was more than one chair.

Pleasant small inn with attached local restaurant/bar. Both room and restaurant were very affordable. StFf were basically all family and lively people. Realty nice breakfast.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-22-2021

Very comfy, nice space, breakfast made to order, friendly and helpful hosts. Would be a cozy place in the winter and a nice porch for the summer. Thanks!

    Small inn. Older with charm.

Would have preferred to have a deadbolt or chain on inside of door. Maybe a peep hole.

    3KevinPosted on: 6-1-2019

    little noise

older inn with no manager on site. long way to rooms , problem with luggage and no way to heat individual rooms.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-16-2019

The staff was very pleasant. The room very clean. The Inn was convenient to the ski slope.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-4-2018

The food at the restaurant was pretty good. The bed was very comfortable.

Large bathroom/small bedroom. Poor lighting in bathroom. VERY squeaky bathroom door. Not a lot of the "personal touches" one expects in an old inn. A very dead town. Skiing was not good so we left a day early with no offer of reimbursement for the room.

    Very nice staff

Twin beds on bricks just not convenient for 2 adults.

I acknowledge the deadline for submitting the breakfast menu. It would be beneficial to send the menu via text or email.
