- Nothing the staff were either rude or incompetent. I was visiting not living. I am new to Vermont really didn¿t feel welcome.

- Conveniently located close to UVM. The price, at least compared to many others in the area, was reasonable. The room was clean but lacked amenities I associate with a basic hotel room - carpeting, and shampoo in the bathroom for example.
Cons -
- I could smell cigarettes' through the ac unit in the middle of the night. If felt like an assisted housing unit. Kids wagons and bicycles in the hallway.
- Everything it felt like a halfway house not a house.
- LOTS! People talking and laughing in the hall until 3 AM. No one at the front desk. I'm pretty sure people were living at the motel. If that's the case, why on earth were their rooms near mine? I will never stay there again.
