- Best location in Burlington! Staff is always nice and helpful.
- Location was great, staff was very friendly
- Perfect location within walking distance to Church Street Marketplace, restaurants, waterfront and Champlain College. Extremely friendly staff, especially the valet despite the freezing temperatures. Nice-sized corner room with two views of the lake.
Cons -
- Minor construction and remodeling going on at hotel - but they gotta do it sometime.
- I was charged $6 on my credit card without my consent by the hotel 3 days after checkout. I am not sure what for? I did not use or buy any in room beverages or anything. I think I was scammed. Its not alot of $ but I will probably never book here again
- Lots of construction going on inside the hotel, terrible water pressure and the bathroom fan is constantly on so the room is extremely dry.
