Not a darn thing

I prepaid for a king room and after I checked in I was told I was downgraded to a single queen room. The staff wasn’t even going to tell me, I had to literally drag it out of them. They also told me they gave all the king rooms away before I got there.

no coffe in room toilet didnt flush told lady at desk she didnt understand english well, but gave us a different room which was better liked wifi and location

It was clean for me!!!

The tv could have more channels on it like come on not even the local news was on there???? and the breakfast could be better!!! Come on ppl pay money to sleep here at least have a good breakfast and stop being cheep!!!

It had a bed and working shower

Pillow cases didnt look clean, floor was not clean. Woman in office barely understood english. One of towels had "a brown stain". Free Wifi signal basically worthless. Staff member banging on doors 30 mins before checkout to see if they were leaving.

Best thing I can say is the mouldy shower was hot

No pool or hot tub contrary to web site Mould in shower Towels had a bad smell Breakfast was a bagel or waffle Bed not comfortable

The proximity to interstate 91 was great and the price i paid was very good as lower cost hotels in this area are very rare

It was close to the area I was researching. A basic "short overnight" place to stay. A minifridge, microwave, & coffee maker were a pleasant surprise.

Room was very dated. Needs refreshening. When I arrived at the "free breakfast, there was 1 bagel, 2 containers for cold cereal (1 was empty), no milk for the remaining cereal, and the coffee was so weak I could see the bottom of my coffee cup.

Close proximity to destination.

Overall, very run down, sparse, and not very clean.

The breakfast was bare bones, but adequate enough.

Two thermostats that control the baseboard heating did not work. Heat comes from a wall HVAC unit. I had to call the front desk to learn this.

A clean, quiet hotel. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located near downtown Bellows Falls and 91. The internet was reliable, and the TV was excellent. Breakfast limited but available on-time, with coffee.

The air conditioner was very efficient, but quite loud. Breakfast options included pastries, waffles, cereal, toast, and fresh fruit. More variety (yogurt? boiled eggs? In other words, protein to accompany the carbs...) would be good.

The swimming pool was out of commission. They have had enough time to fix the problem. No staff when my sister and I went to have breakfast. What breakfast!!! No milk, juice was sour, no spray for waffles, etc.
