Pros +
- Owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Room cozy and comfortable.
- Size and location
- Owner is harsh, unpleasant, and allowed for me to stay when I reported a covid positive test. Kept my full room rent. Not understanding or willing to compromise.
Cons -
- Our particular room did not have its own individual bathroom so we had to go down the hall to use one. A minor inconvenience, but it did not detract from our stay.
- Had to use fan as there was not any air conditioning in the main bedroom.
- I reported a positive covid test and exposure before my stay and said we would not come to the b&b. Her basic reply was too bad. Kept the full room rent. So this says to me that she doesn¿t care if people come to the b&b with covid. Not safe place. Avoid

Atmosphere, breakfast was great, room had nice sitting area
Stairs, no first floor rooms ( we are disabled), room tv didn't work
B&B. Was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
Friendliness of staff. Not many other decent choices in town period...hotels or otherwise. Comfortable room. Control your own A/C.
Breakfast was a little overly fancy for my taste. I didn't eat much. The pet dog (small breed) wandered around the dining room while we ate breakfast.
Close to event venue, quiet and cozy.
Everything! Spacious rooms, lovely but comfortable house, exquisite furnishings, kind and warmly friendly owners, cute little dog (Barney), very comfortable beds (!), great breakfasts, helpful advice on finding anything in the area, excellent access.
