Pros +

Not much. The only competent person was the maintenance man. The owners did not speak any english, why were they able to get government money to buy this big motel? The satellite TV was not working properly and the phone in the room was not connected.
The Owners went above and beyond what I was expecting. Wonderful Family.
I didn't want to stay to experience anything past what I saw just in front of the building: the manager coming to help me followed by 2 emaciated looking females,2 dirty,empty vending machines,dirty,empty lobby,very unwelcoming and shady.

Cons -

Owners didn't speak english. They didn't have a room ready due to computer issues. Facility was run down, dirty and poorly kept. the man did a good job cleaning my room. Owners appeared incompetent. How did they get the $$$ from Government to buy a motel?

After all the above I listed, I feared my son and I would not be safe so after speaking briefly with the manager?, I left to book a different hotel and of course I was charged half the price and he indicated I was a no show even though I did appear.
