Dripping water faucet, holes and wall, stained shower floor, tiny pillows, broken coffee maker in lobby

Out of the way and quiet.

Not much

The first non smoking room smelled like pot so we were moved to another room. This room was horrible dirty. We were so tired that we just went to sleep and tried not to think of the horrible dirty bathtub and walls and floors

Towels should have been changed every day without them being requested. Location without direction: needs sign at road to avoid wrong turns going nowhere.

King size bed was very comfy. Price charged was pretty good.

The bathtub was old and needed caulking. The microwave was not plugged in and I tried to plug in and it still didn¿t work. The hotel was hard to find at night. The hotel sign was in disrepair.

hot water dissipated after a few minutes leaving mildly warm water, lukewarm. Not good on old bones.

I needed a budget overnight stay in this area which has fairly limited options. Quality Inn Thornburg met the criteria. Was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had more amenities than I expected. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast a bonus!

The breakfast bar was one of the best I've had for not being an entire hot breakfast

The General Manager is a hypocrite and didn't treat me or my disabled girlfriend with respect. He literally watched me book the room with a credit card and then demanded a $50 deposit. When I tried to talk to him about being a diamond member he didn't car

It was gross. Beds were gross. Everything smelled the floor the bathroom

Bathtub/shower were so worn out,looked like it was installed in the 1960s. To top off the look, mold was covering several areas. Also, there was no elevator but exterior steps to the 2nd floor are crumbling apart, would not pass a safety inspection.

The staff are extremely professional and friendly. They've been helpful. The maid, was extremely friendly helpful and polite. The front desk folks, Brian and Pam, we're both very helpful.

The only thing I have not liked about this hotel is some of the other patrons. There were a few really good customers but, there are a lot of noisy and smoking customers.

The employees were extremely kind and professional. The breakfast options were simple but more than adequate for my needs.

There was a stinky dampness from the rug and bugs. And this was the only room that would accommodate my injury and mobility issues.

Dirty hotel. I couldn¿t even stay! I got a refund and left

The fact that it wasn¿t a hassle getting my money back

The hotel manager will not let us renew or stay there. Saying that they don't do long term stay. Even though we have checked out and a couple days later returned

Staff is not friendly

The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating with late check-in. The location was easy to reach and the check-in/check-out was very smooth. The hotel was decorated very nice and modern.

FILTHY!! A strong smell of mildew! Carpets were damp and sticky. Lots of insects. The sinks, bathtubs, and microwaves were stained and dirty. Breakfast? Cereal with no milk. No regular coffee. Stale danishes. Juice machine didn¿t work. Big disappointment!

Location was the only good thing

Holes in the linen and curtains. Felt dirty. The pillows are years old and beyond worn out. No usb ports that every other hotel has, the door didn't close all the way tight.

This location is excellent to walk downtown. Bed is comfortable. Walk ways had some litter but probably due to staffing issues.

AC leaks on to side walks

First room floor was soaked with water. Second room was filthy towels dirty sheets filthy toilet filthy and I couldn¿t use. I¿ve never been at a worse place in my life. This company should be mortified if the condition. I had to sleep in my clothes
