Location was excellent. Hotel was clean. Dog friendly.
Hotel was dated. The shower did not work satisfactory no hot water. Cook showed up late so refills were not available until nearly closing time. We had leave so very limited breakfast for us.

Ease of reserving room. Ease of check-in and check-out. Staff friendliness. Free and ample parking. Breakfast was satisfying each day. Chef(s) readily offered assistance and maintained a clean, accessible display of food and beverages.
In room phone not working (not able to reach front desk from room. Microwave and TV kept tripping the surge protector. The microwave should have been plugged directly into the outlet, not into the surge protector.

Basic hotel - clean, good location, free parking, people were nice but hotel is dated and water pressure is so low it dribbles out. Took me forever to rinse my hair given the water pressure was so low. For this reason I would not stay here agin - too many other choices.

Front desk staff are very welcoming
Breakfast is super basic and very unhealthy. Mostly carbs and sugary items.Room a bit outdated but still clean.

The location was great.
The rooms were all damp, originally on the first floor but was moved to 3rd floor due to dampness - 3rd floor was better.

Very friendly and helpful owner (front desk staff). We arrived early and he did everything he could to accommodate us. The room was fine, comfortable beds, a bit out dated but overall basic, comfortable and clean.
The lobby was very hot, stuffy and smelled a bit. Same for all the hallways. The breakfast is not good. Price was high for the age of the hotel and quality but it also was graduation weekend.

Didn't have hot water 1st day. Room was right above smoking area so the weed and cigarettes smoke plus talking at 1am was awful
