$120 deposit is ridiculous. Especially for 1 night stay. I have stayed here before it was only $25 deposit

Great location, very clean and wonderful staff.

Wish it had an indoor pool, but satisfied otherwise.

Everything was very clean, extra concessions were reasonably priced, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite. Promise was our check in person at the desk and she was very polite and very sweet and chatted with me and my wife about our vacation. She was wonderful and wonderful representative for the hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens.

We feel very lucky to have stayed at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is clean, very comfortable and is in a good location. We visited nearby attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Also, there was a nice pool for the guests. The pool had special towels for guest use. We would stay here again if we visited the area.

We always wish hotels and restaurants would use less plastic. There was lots plasticware in use for breakfast. It has to be more economic, in the long run, to have reusable plates and tableware.

Nice spacious rooms, with a separated toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff, all of them. We had some kind of buzz coming from the central airco unit and it was immediately offered to change the room. When we got back from our daytrip they already moved our luggage to the new room. I can recommend this place.

The location is great, the staff is amazing and very patient. I saw a few ocassions where guests were a little much and the Staff did a great job under pressure. I found them to be a real gem and the cleanliness of the property both inside and out was well done.

The soap in the showers has a scent that was wonderful but I'm sensitive to new soap scents. It set off my sneezing reflex the first shower and left me with a runny nose for ten minutes. A non scented option available at the desk wouldn't hurt but it's a tiny thing.
