- Great location. Beautiful property.
- From the moment you enter the lobby at Christmas, you feel like you are home. Each member of the staff I interacted with was excellent. I would especially like to compliment the woman in guest services who gave me a free ticket to the Vienna Boys Choir.

- No, and I would also like compliment the bartender. He made me feel like I had walked into the Cheers bar. He was very welcome as were all of the servers and bartenders in the lounge.
