Location is great
Towels were dirty, it took about an hour to give us clean. Breakfast area also was dirty

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Williamsburg !

Breakfast was decent but sugar/ carb heavy— waffles, biscuits , usual hotel powdered eggs, sausage , muffins , bread, jelly, cereal , milk , juices , coffee with 2 creamer choices as well as half & half . Also there were oranges & apples (fruit had seen better days) Staff were helpful & room was pretty clean . Lobby appeared clean & bathroom near breakfast area was very clean & stocked. Location was great for Busch Gardens trip — when just need hotel for shower, sleep, & breakfast but don’t wanna pay $169+/night this place was good .
Breakfast needed healthier choices — more fruit - & fruit in good condition as fruit was bruised , more lean protein. Also you could smell a lot of pot/weed in hotel & could tell they tried to cover it up or clean it . TV was a little smaller than expected but worked since we were gone most of the time & only used it 30-45 minutes . Not fancy / not much grill — but works fine :)

We recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East – Busch Gardens, VA, and overall, had a very positive experience. While the elevator was out of service during our stay—which was initially concerning—the staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Their friendly attitude and prompt assistance truly made up for the inconvenience. Thanks to their exceptional service and hospitality, we’re still giving this stay a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I had nice VA trip. Hotel stay is pleasant. room was clean. Comfortable bed. Complementary Break fast was good. Elevator was not working , but hotel staff helped to make it smooth stay.
