Comfort Suites Beachfront

saving this hotel for future stays!!!! Literally had so much fun. Location is perfect. It’s right next to the entertainment stage. And the breakfast!!!!!! Omg the breakfast!!!

There were a lot of events going on near the hotel. Loved the security and parking. Loved the double balcony. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was close to everything

The elevator didn't work electrical issues with room room didn't match the picture. The room had a odor

The location was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt safe in the area walking around.

Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bedroom and the shower in the bathroom Luckily they moved us to a better room. Outdated outside. Not maintained well.

The hotel is old need to be updated room smelled like stale cigarettes cigarette burns on a very old yellow countertop. The bathroom was the only updated room. It seemed the TVs were extremely small. The door to the balcony was so heavy, and it would not prop open. Overall, the hotel needs severely updating inside and outside of the rooms. I will say the breakfast on the fourth floor was outstanding the gentleman who cooked and served the breakfast was outstanding. The front staff was very nice, but I would not stay at this facility again it was just for lack of a better words old!!!

Energy of the staff was great, very pleasant. Rooms were decent and comfortable. Private balconies are a plus.

We had a very pleasant stay, everywhere is overpriced so that would be my only complaint.

Workers were very nice, love that it’s right by the beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Room was large and comfortable; location is wonderful - right in the heart of the oceanfront activities, restaurants and stores. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, particularly Chris in the kitchen who was warm, welcoming and efficient every morning at breakfast. Food was ample and tasty! All in all, this hotel is a great value for the money.

The room, and hotel in general, certainly could use some TLC and updating. The shower leaked due to faulty gaskets on the shower door, for example. None of this really detracted from our stay, but it is worth noting.

The room was clean. The view was great. Breakfast was fulfilling. I will try to stay in this hotel in the next time I return to Virginia Beach.

No complaints.

I really enjoyed the location the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants! The beach was not crowded we had plenty of room to relax! We were able to watch the bands that were playing right from our balcony!!

The breakfast was okay.
