The staff, especially the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was closed for maintenance the first couple of days. When it opened back up they have entertainment in the open outdoor patio bare. Unfortunately my room was directly above it. It went from relaxing stay to spring break. Lots of noise and people being loud in the hallway

I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms, the bar & grill, the pool, the proximity to the beach and other attractions, and the staff. Had a wonderful time and will stay here again. My trip was a party of 26 people and we all loved our stay.

Wanted a higher floor because of the bar being right at our balcony and they couldn’t accommodate me even though I seen empty rooms.

It was filthy, smelly, moldy.Easy fixes if the establishment cared.Dirty curtains, molded lamp shades with black spots.

Room was clean and comfortable. View of ocean was spectacular! I loved it. Staff was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Fantastic value for the money. Close to everything we needed.
My only complaint, if you will, is that there was nobody to help take the luggage back and forth from car to room. It worked out because my son was with me, but if I had been alone, I would have had a hard time.
