The room was clean.

When I came to the property to check in the front desk, staff was extremely rude because he could not find my reservation. I had already paid and showed him the receipt and he was threatening to charge my card again because he did not believe that I had already paid. It took me calling Booking.com customer service to confirm that I had already paid. The front desk staff asked to see my bank account which in itself is blasphemous. I have never been treated that way before and the fact that the staff asked me to show my bank account is ridiculous. The staff proceeded to say that maybe I didn’t have enough money to pay for the room. The room was $86 and some change so not only does that feel like a micro aggression. It’s also classiest. I hope this does not ever happen to anybody staying at this hotel.

Location and comfort of rooms

The rooms are spacious and nice.

Everything was top notch, the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for $150 a night! Will definitely be back!!! Room had 2 beds and a separate living space with a tv and the boys got to watch the game while the girls watched their show. Nice layout.

The parking fee

Location, beach, pool, fitness center and room was nice.

Customer service was poor, they over charged my card several 100 dollars, there was rotten fruit under the fridge area, I was not allowed to pay for breakfast and take it to my room, the restaurant was very overpriced from what you got.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and perfect location.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was especially comfortable; we honestly didn’t want to get out of it!One small suggestion: it might be helpful to include washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats with each towel replacement. During our stay, we noticed that when fresh towels were delivered, the other linens were removed and not replaced.

Please be aware of the charges on your credit card. We had a mix-up where my daughter checked us in early and charged her card, as well as our credit card. We are working with the manager to straighten this out.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, scenic views

Didn’t like not being allowed extended check out. I called around 9:00 am and was told I wouldn’t be able to extend until noon.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean.

The beds are atrocious. The mattress was very hard. Woke up every morning to back pain. Elevators are very slow.

I liked everything about the property – it was very clean, fresh towels were provided every day, the beds were made daily, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10, and I had a wonderful vacation.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
