The location is perfect. The ocean view from our window and balcony was glorious. I love the breakfast buffet. The staff is so warm and friendly.

Super comfy bed! Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen area was stocked.
Pillows! AC couldn’t be set below 68, which made for a stuffy room. Not a dislike but worth noting, bathroom has motion activated lights that turn off while you’re in the shower. Had to open shower door to reactivate.

Third time we have stayed at this property. Booked same type of room every time. Booked well in advance to reserve the room we wanted. The room assigned to us this stay technically met most of requirements (no table and chairs) but was in no way the room we reserved. Much smaller. Room number 207 should not be considered ocean front. You can see the ocean but your main view is of a dirty roof and some type of HVAC unit. The room is right next to the outside restaurant and the music blasts through the room until 11pm. The last night, a food/burning smell pumped through the air conditioning vent. It was horrible. Overall, very disappointed. If I wanted this experience I would have booked a cheaper hotel. This room should be offered to guests with a major discount

Location and parking. View was very nice and its really what you actually pay for.
The breakfast and bar options (pure glutten and unhealthy ingredients) were not good. There were no cleaning services for two nights and no change of towels. A carpet with a dog is not ideal, even more so if there is no cleaning. $100 for our dog to be allowed to stay with us, but they didn't even clean the room. The balcony is very dangerous for small dogs in a supposedly “dog-friendly” hotel. Our dog was also not allowed in the hotel's restaurant. We had to make the bed for our child ourselves. Our kid was not considered, even though “children are free.”

Overall, the hotel is in a great location, and the cleanliness and staff are wonderful.
During my previous stay, I had a fantastic room, but this time the room was smaller for the price I paid.
