Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was in a nice spot where you could walk to different places including the Neptune statue.

I was charged over $1500 for a stay that wasn't even supposed to be $500. Has been a week and I still haven't received my money back. They refuse to answer there phones and won't take accountability for their actions.

Staff was super friendly and room had a great oceanfront view with a HUGE balcony. They even offer daily housekeeping if requested, which is rare nowadays. Perfect amenities for a business or leisure trip with easily accessible parking. Highly recommend and will be staying again soon for Jackalope Festival.

The staff member at check in was very nice. The location was convenient to the beach. Having on-site parking was convenient.

This facility is falsely advertised as a hotel when it it's actually a motel. Also, the indoor pool at the sister hotel across the street was ice cold and miserable. The floors were absolutely disgusting in our rooms. I was missing a trash can and just had to throw my trash on the floor. The parking garage is absolutely terrifying and twice I had to reverse and Pivot just to have two vehicles able to fit on the ramp at the same time. One of the rooms was missing the security lock bar. And both rooms smelled like a combination of mold, cigarette ashes and alcohol. The elevator in the parking garage shut on my family members every time we got into it. There was no continental breakfast and for $200/night that seems like it should be standard.

Room was very spacious

We killed a huge brown bug in our bathroom, the room stunk (like a sour smell) the whole stay ( 3 days), bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress, I walked across the street to the lobby to request towels, the lady at the front desk told me she would have someone bring them to me instead of just getting me some, so I finally got towels and washcloths a hour later so I could take a shower.
