It is a great location and close to my family. I wish I found it when it first open. It will be our place to stay in the future when we go to visit.
I cannot say I have one. If we had a concern or need they took concern of it asap. Needed an extra, pillow and blanket for those blanket and pillow hogs in the room. They brought it fast. Needed extra towels they brought those very fast too and told us they will bring us more.

It is very close to the amphitheater if you are going to a concert, 5 minute drive to a hospital if needed. Hotel was beautiful, the staff are very friendly. Definitely going to book with this hotel. Very modern feature , automatic blinds up and down with a touch of your fingers

The staff at the front desk was very professional and personable. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was nice. The kitchen staff, not as nice. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.
The laundry facility is so confusing, but other patrons who were washing were helpful.

Was a lovely and very clean and comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay there again!
I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to stay not just there but any nice hotel! I realize all facilities have raised prices but I think discounts like AAA, Senior Citizens, Military, etc… could be more especially for senior citizens on fixed incomes. We were in town for a funeral.

Room was excellent, beds were comfortable ,great location, good breakfast . Good service recovery
The employees in the morning were very loud in the hallway ,.When i did report the issue I was given hotel stay points
