I like that checkout is at 12PM
I was not greeted nor acknowledge when I asked for help to check-in. The receptionist  completely ignored me, instead another lady by  helped me out. It's Marriott I would expect more respectful customer service

No room service. Cramped room, hair in bathroom and toiletries were all mismatched like leftovers from old stock. Called downstairs for help with a luggage cart and never got any. Not a 4 star hotel as stated.

Connecting to the paid Wi-Fi was questionable. I had several malware attacks that was blocked by my virus protection.

Hotel standard is 2 star but they say 4 star( type of facilities they offering) Hotel parking is paid $18 No microwave in room Even king size bedroom is very small and bed is hardly queen size No complimentary water bottle in room.

Asked for the highest floor possible and was put on the 4t out of 14
Bedding, large tv, excellent shower, and good lighting... very comfortable

It was nice for the price.
The shower door kept sliding open while I was showering. Also, no fan in the bathroom therefore the mirrors were getting foggy while I was doing my makeup and my husband was in the shower. No makeup mirror in the bathroom.
